Are you expecting a new addition and have a hectic schedule? Check out this accelerated format for childbirth education. It is a one day, 5 hour class, that will help prepare you and your partner for your upcoming labor and birth.
Topics that are covered:
~Stages of labor
~Comfort measures including pain relief options (there will be hands on practice for your partner!)
~Immediate postpartum
~How to communicate with your care team effectively and make decisions
~Birth plans

This class will be held at Hoogeveen Chiropractic and Wellness Center in Bellevue.
This class cost is $80/couple. Single parents and not first time parents welcome too!
